The problem we addressed
Intelclear was formed in response to this shift. We saw organisations struggling with fragmented brokerage networks, inconsistent compliance standards and limited visibility across regions. In many cases, customs operations were reactive, disconnected and influenced by third-party commercial interests rather than strategic need.

Mark Taylor

Through his 38 year career in the logistics industry, Mark identified a gap in the service provision ordinarily offered by logistics companies. By developing a neutral and independent Customs advisory investing in the delivery of best in breed software solutions, coupled with dedicated staff focussing within the key area of international trade management.
This GAP has enabled Mark and his teams to add significant value to his customers, including duty and logistics savings, one off cash flow injections, assured compliance and total visibility control and management information
Mark specialises in keynote speaking on Customs issues, customs warehousing, and classification. His expertise also includes AEO certification, IPR/OPR, and providing comprehensive audits and best practice advice.
Jamie Stuart
Joint Managing Director UK
Jamie has 30 years of freight forwarding experience, dedicated to the operation and management of Customs Clearance services. He set up and gained accreditation of his first Customs Warehouse authorisation in the mid 1980s.
Jamie’s expertise spans commodity code classification, customs-approved warehousing, and regulatory frameworks like IPR, OPR, and PCC. He is also highly proficient in database creation, report writing, and the development and testing of interfaces.
